«VBA» Trade Group is the company where everything is well-organized, where all employees from an executive director to a charwoman know and understand their responsibilities and what is expected of them in the company. It is facilitated by the company’s organizing scheme introduced in 2015. Now knowing and understanding all the positions in the company and the functions of those positions each employee can offer his or her candidacy for any of the positions which is vacant. Our owner is part of our friendly team and is often an organizer of all our large and noisy corporate events.
The most important thing is that everyone can learn both inside and outside the company. The company has its own academy thanks to which each employee becomes a professional in his or her field and can grow constantly.
Having occupied the position of the department head I became the executive director of the group of companies «VBA».

I joined «VBA» Trade Group as a sales manager from among the first five «outsiders». I was pleased by the approach to sales oriented towards results, a wide range of responsibilities, great opportunities and prospects for growth and development.
The company has been actively developing before my eyes and continues its rapid growth today. I am pleased to know that I personally have done much for this growth. Here is a great team in which people are friends outside the office, perfectly interact at work, rest together, work at full capacity.
A young team of professionals and a dynamic company – it’s all about us! It is pleasant to work, it is easy to communicate, it is comfortable to be in the company.

«VBA» Trade Group for me is more than just a place where I work because I, together with the founders, have been at its source, have seen the company’s growth, have survived difficulties and experienced joys together with it. We have overcome a lot of obstacles each time becoming stronger. I respect the people with whom I work in the company, they are not ordinary persons, everyone is individual and unique in his or her own way, all of them are the ones who are enthused about things they do. My career in the company began from ordinary working area for cutting soft containers, then, thanks to my perseverance and hard work, I was promoted to a shop brigadier. After that, it became clear that diligence is not enough for further growth on the career ladder, and after approval of the company’s management my training started which I underwent both in the company and outside it (various trainings, seminars). Today, I am the head of the company’s Technical department which consists of 55 employees, and our company continues to develop and me too.

Natalia Shatilo, head of production, Big-Bag direction

My career in the company began very modestly. Already in 2011 I came here to work as a seamstress. At that time I had no experience with a sewing machine, but I wanted to try it, and it was especially attractive that the production was so close to home. The first day was hard - nothing worked, and I almost seemed to. In the evening, I even thought that it was not mine, but the morning brought a new burst of energy and courage. I decided to give this work another chance, and it turned out to be successful. For several years I improved my skills as a seamstress, and I was happy that I had a job. But, unfortunately, in 2013 there was a fire and the entire production burned down. But our Company Owner Gennady Moroz did not lose heart. He decided to open a small production in Podgorodny, very small, with two machines and equipment. We were few and we worked day and night to satisfy our customers. Yes, we got the job done! Then it was time for our move to the Dnieper. Production grew and we increased staff and equipment. From my role as a seamstress, I moved to the position of shift foreman. It was hard - 6 days a week without days off, but we were able to cope with all the obstacles. A few more years passed and I was invited to become the head of production. This new role was a big responsibility and I felt proud of how far I had come in my career. Production did not stand still, and we again had to move, this time to Kamensky. We grew from 36 seamstresses to 80 and worked in 4 shifts. My role was even more responsible, but thanks to the support of our great motherland, the WBA, we were able to overcome all difficulties. Of course, it has been a long and difficult journey, but I am happy to be here and believe that this company is my best place to work. I am grateful for the opportunity to grow, for believing in me and for the opportunity to be part of this incredible team. May the VBA company always succeed!
